Stock items are shipped via DHL with next-day delivery during normal working days. However, please kindly allow 1-7 days for order processing on all non-stock items.
International
Rest of the World Delivery - £50.00
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once
a shipment reaches your destination country. The Sourced Collection is not responsible for these
charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Made to Order Items
We DO NOT accept returns on items that are made to order.
Made to order items will take up to 14 days.
Sale Items
Sale items are non-refundable and may only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Stock Items
If your piece wasn’t quite right for you, you have 14 days from your delivery date to return your item(s) to us for store credit or an exchange. Items must be received by us within this timeframe and returned in the condition they were received; otherwise, we cannot process your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must have all tags and labels attached, remain unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and in their original condition and packaging.
To return your product, please email enquiries@thesourcedcollection.store with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day grace period or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not cover any duty, tax, or customs fees that may be incurred with international shipments. If a package is rejected due to unpaid fees and is returned to us with charges due, these will be deducted from your store credit amount along with original shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued within 7 working days.
